Henry is the Director of Advisory Services for Coastal Bridge Advisors, where he draws on over 10 years of industry experience working in a client-facing and operational capacities, serving high net worth individuals, institutions, and corporations.

His role is clear, he says. “Our Advisory Services team provides critical support to our Advisors and our clients, allowing the firm to deliver the higher standard of personal care that every client might expect from a boutique firm.

“This includes an extremely high level of personal support for every area of our clients’ financial lives, touching both their professional and personal worlds, and even extending to the other trusted advisors that they rely on. We always put our clients’ unique needs and challenges at the top of our list.”

He adds, “Most important, we work to ‘Uncomplicate It’ for our clients. Over the years, I’ve learned that net worth is in no way indicative of investment sophistication. That’s why taking the time to understand the client’s needs up front and then develop materials that simply and clearly explain their options can help to create a deeper bond with them.

“It’s simplification without obfuscation based on a responsibility to clearly communicate answers to our clients’ most immediate, pressing concerns in a manner that is easily understood by them, regardless of the underlying complexity. In order for us to Uncomplicate clients’ lives, we periodically step back and Uncomplicate our internal thinking at the firm (operations and processes) so that we can more clearly deliver what clients need.”

As Director of Advisory Services, Henry carries this philosophy into any operational aspects of the firm that impact client experience. Prior to joining Coastal Bridge Advisors, Henry held both operational and advisory roles at Highmount Capital, Brown Advisory, and Hillview Capital.

When not working, Henry spends time with his wife and two children at his home in Wilton, Connecticut.
