Christopher (Chris) joined Coastal Bridge in August 2018 as a Support Advisor. In this role, he is responsible for assisting the lead advisors in striving to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

His experience prior to joining Coastal Bridge includes: Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch where he focused on business development and new client acquisition; Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs within their Private Wealth Management division, where he supported a number of teams and worked primarily with UHNW individuals, families, and foundations; and as a banker at JPMorgan Chase.

All this experience has taught him some very important lessons about the power of listening. He says, “Our clients have taught me the value of listening. Being a careful and active listener translates into better decision-making which allows me to more effectively act in our clients best interest.

“Listening translates into better planning, which includes more clarity on navigating the road map to your desired destination, which can be a challenging feat. I’ve learned that having a plan in place will help keep you focused and accountable.

“That’s how I apply our company motto, ‘Uncomplicate It’. By focusing on the plan, solving sometimes complex problems to make it easier for our clients, even if requires thinking ‘outside the box’ – always bringing it back to easy-to-understand solutions.

Chris graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY, with a BA in Business Administration and Sociology and currently holds his Series 66 license. Outside of work, Chris spends his spare time playing sports, keeping active, and traveling to new places.
